B-Form Status Checking Method for Schools:
1: Go to SIS website by clicking the link of dashboard.
www.sis.punjab.gov.pk/dashboard
2: Login by applying your school’s SIS Username and password.
3: Go to Enrollment icon.
Here select your district, tehsil, markaz, school.
You can check here the School wise, class wise Actual B-Form Status.
NOTE: If Login option is not found, just select Desktop Site mode of Chrome.
