HEC Instructions for Students

The commission attests and verifies the candidates’ degrees receive from the HEC recognized universities. Thus, HEC asked the students to bring non-laminated documents for the attestation.

According to the instructions, on the laminated or plastic cover documents, stamps can not affix properly. Thus, students make sure that their papers have not lamination so that the HEC stamp affix on the degrees/transcripts properly. However, through this, their degrees will remain safe.
