The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan is seeking applications from qualified Pakistani nationals for contract-based positions under the PSDP-funded development project, Prime Minister’s National Innovation Awards, part of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme. The following positions are available:
1. Deputy Director (Coordination) (PPS-08)
- Quota: Merit
- Positions: 1
- Required Qualifications: A first-class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Management Sciences, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, design, grant management, or related fields. Candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in startups or entrepreneurship are preferred.
- Maximum Age: 50 years
2. Assistant Director (PPS-07)
- Quota: Punjab
- Positions: 1
- Required Qualifications: A first-class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Management Sciences, Business, Public Administration, Computer Science, or Project Management from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management or related fields.
- Maximum Age: 45 years
3. Assistant Director (Communication) (PPS-07)
- Quota: Punjab
- Positions: 1
- Required Qualifications: A first-class Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Management Sciences, Mass Communication, Media Sciences, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in communication methods, media management, data analysis, and reporting. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in research marketing.
- Maximum Age: 45 years
