Islamabad High Court Order PMC To Resolve Students Issues Of MDCAT

Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the PMC to resolve the students’ problems about MDCAT 2020. A student submitted a petition against PMC in Islamabad High court. The petition was about the violation of the rule in the MDCAT 2020 exam. 

So, today after hearing the court order the PMC solve the students’ problems. However, the court also asked the students to visit PMC for their issues, and they will listen to them appropriately. 

Students’ objections

Other than that, students also stated that the given exam was not according to the federal government domain. But it was from the provincial government. However, the IHC chief justice rejected this statement. 

Before this, some students also visited the Sindh High Court and Lahore High Court to submit the petitions against PMC. A lot of candidates demanded the rechecking of the MDCAT 2020 exam due to some irregularities. 

PMC Response

On the objections of students, PMC also held a press conference and clarified many issues to the students. However, on the demand of students, PMC reissued the MDCAT 2020 result. PMC also issued a detailed press release containing all the matters in detail
