- 5 Years Experience as an advocate in the case of post-graduate /Ph.D. in Law.

- Female: 30 to 53 Years Old.
Assistant District Public Prosecutor:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with 2 years practice as an Advocate.
- Gender: Male, Female & Transgenders.
- Male: 25 to 40 Years of age.
- Female: 25 to 43 Years of age.
Deputy General Prosecutor:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree with 6 to 10 years practice as an advocate.
- Gender: Male, Female & Transgenders.
- Male: 35 to 55 years of age.
- female: 35 to 58 years of age.
Assistant District Attorney:
- LLB/LLB qualifications with 2 to 4 years of practice as an Advocate.
- Gender: Male, Female & Transgenders.
- Male: 28 to 40 years old.
