National Assembly Panel Seeks MDCAT 2020 Retest

According to the latest notification, Lawyers demand to conduct the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT 2020) again. During the National Assembly Standing Committee on Health, PPP lawmaker Shazia Sobia is under fire. This brave lady took full stands and supported students and expressed the Sindh government’s reservations. In the National Assembly, she said that almost 37 exam questions are out of the syllabus due to which many students faced issues. Pakistani Medical Commission after reviewing this issue admit their mistake. They further clarified and said that 14 questions out of the syllabus during a court hearing in Punjab. In this regard, they urged a retest. Many people raised their voices against it.

The lawmaker also objected to the PMC that why MDCAT was conducted by the Centre and not provinces. The lawmaker stressed that no one takes it seriously.  However, they said that PMC officials should appear before the committee. 

Apart from all this, Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Dr. Faisal Sultan said that the exam conducted through a universal method. Added further,  he would appraise PMC of the committee’s reservations
