PMC Issued Notice To Private Colleges Against The Demand Of Advance Fee

On 21 February 2021, Punjab Medical Commission issued a Notification for the Private Medical and dental colleges. PMC stated that the commission received various complaints of various private colleges. Those colleges demand donations and advance fees of 3-5 years. Thus, in this regard, the commission already issued a notification and warned those institutes.

Other than that, PMC also instructed the authority to review the admission list of the enrolled students when they receive it. The concerned authority makes sure that all admitted students have qualified for the MDCAT and according to the merit list.

The purpose of this is that PMC wants a transparent admission process without any discrimination among the students. However, PMC also investigated the matter of the considerable difference between the marks of merit list and final merit list after interview marks.
